Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel depending on the type of accommodation and dates, but they are always mentioned before the booking is completed, as well as on the confirmation page. If you wish to cancel your reservation, be sure to check the "How much will it cost to cancel" section on the reservation page before cancelling the reservation.
To submit a cancellation request, please log in, click on the details of the trip you wish to cancel, select "Cancel" and follow the prompts to start the cancellation process.
If you do not see the cancellation option above, it is likely that the booking can no longer be cancelled at the time of request.
Once a reservation has been canceled, we are unable to reinstate your reservation and you will need to rebook your stay. Please note that rates and availability are subject to change.
